GRAD OPTIONS: Get to know the graduation options for students of the Faculty of Finance, Government and International Relations: internships, research papers, entrepreneurship, participation in the CFA competition and the CAPSTONE Project.
- Internship
Work practice or the internship offers students the opportunity to come in touch with the realities of professional life and to put into practice all the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired throughout their academic formation. This has a duration of six calendar months in which the student must carry out at least 480 hours of dedication. Person in charge: Nohora Robayo. Information: figri.pasantias@uexternado.edu.co
- Research Paper
This graduation option is for students interested in pursuing academic research. They must present a project that involves one of the lines of research which will be tutored by a research professor. Person in charge: Rafael Piñeros. More information: rafael.pineros@uexternado.edu.co
- Entrepreneurship
This option is for the entrepreneurs in the Faculty. The student must present an entrepreneurial idea, develop it and defend it before the Entrepreneurship Committee. Person in charge: Eduardo Cermeño. More information: Eduardo.cermeno@uexternado.edu.co
- Participation in the CFA Global Research Challenge competition. This competition involves the writing, presentation and defense of an investment recommendation with respect to the company selected by the competition organizers. - CAPSTONE public affairs consultancy project. The students of the Faculty can participate in the CAPSTONE project in which they are formed and perform as junior consultants on public affairs and develop applied research projects that respond to concrete problems of public policy proposed by institutional clients.
