Spanish for foreign exchange students

The Universidad Externado receives student each semester from a variety of universities internationally with which they have agreements. Before arriving to study the subjects in their different majors offered, students must take an exam that evaluates their level of Spanish and they also have the opportunity of taking Spanish classes, not only to feel more at home in our community but also to gain a fast-track approach to Colombian culture.

The classes allow students to acquire the skills and abilities necessary to have a normal academic life inside the classroom, chosen in their study plans and provided 100% in Spanish.

The hours of the Spanish courses are proposed in such a way that they do not overlap with their other subjects. The topics dealt with are diverse and help not only with their study plans but also in being successful in their daily lives
