The University

The University is located in the historical center of the city called La Candelaria. After finishing classes, students can visit many of the landmarks that Bogotá offers (The Gold Museum, The Botero Museum, Monserrate, Plaza de Bolivar, etc.). In this sector (La Candelaria), there is a great variety of hostels and hotels for all different tastes and budgets

Where to eat?

On campus, there are different cafeterias and restaurants with varying prices. There are two “café Oma’s”; one in Building E gives you the possibility of drinking a delicious coffee or cappuccino while you enjoy a spectacular view of a large part of the city of Bogotá.

We have the typical student restaurant with a daily menu at a reasonable price as well as other alternatives. You can also find the Casa Externadista gourmet restaurant for those days in which you wish to give yourself a more elaborate gastronomical experience.

Where to study?

In block E you will find the library. It is a modern facility with multiple collections, group meeting rooms and personal study rooms. It is open from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

There are periodic exhibitions of paintings or typical Colombian objects there as well.
