Finding your voice is a course designed to help students to build their confidence and learn new approaches that will not only reduce anxiety but will help them to be more effective communicators. This course combines theatre-based techniques, (psychodrama) role-plays, creativity skills and mindfulness for powerful stage presence and personal development.
Students will be introduced to public speaking as an important component of their lives. They will develop critical skills by practising listening and speaking as well as study different types of speeches. At the end of the semester students will prepare and present their own work to an audience.
