When starting your professional career, there are certain “real-world” skills and knowledge that can be invaluable to help you achieve your life and career goals. This course is designed to complement your professional development by teaching you some of these skills so you can prepare yourself to enter and navigate the professional world effectively and intelligently.
This is a hands-on, practical course which takes students through a process of discovery, creation, and actual experience, and leaves each student with a concrete foundation from which they can build. Course topics include self-discovery, personal branding and effective social media use, job searching, writing CVs and cover letters, job interview simulations, professional emails, publishing professional articles, and presenting in our Leaders of the Future Conference.
