The Externado de Colombia University Tourism and Society Research Group and the new Masters in Senior Management and Hotel Development Program of the Tourism and Hotel Business Administration Faculty invite to the event.
The meeting is held within the framework of the Hospitality Experts Roundtable Conference Cycle, aiming to address current issues on development, management, and trends in national and international hotels. In 2020, the chats will focus on sustainability and social responsibility issues; various case studies will be addressed, from large hotel chains to emerging destinations.
The chat will be offered by Luz Stella Flórez, general manager of the Hotel Dann Carlton – Bogotá. Flórez is an Externado Tourism Business Administration graduate, with a Specialization in Strategic Hotel Management. She has also obtained certifications in Senior Hotel Management and Strategies for Sustainable Competitiveness in the Hotel Sector from the Externado de Colombia University. Currently, she is the president of the Board of Directors of Cotelco – Bogotá Chapter, and a member of the Board of Directors of COTELCO Nacional.
