LexBase, recurso digital para consultar información jurídica

Esta herramienta legal en línea incluye normatividad, jurisprudencia nacional, códigos, estatutos, entre otros documentos, que contienen información jurídica, tales como revistas universitarias, gacetas constitucionales y gacetas del Congreso.

LexBase es una plataforma legal de consulta e investigación donde se alojan gacetas, jurisprudencia, leyes, códigos, estatutos y conceptos jurídicos. En su pantalla principal se visualizan los boletines de consulta más recientes proferidos por diversos organismos como la Corte Constitucional.

El menú de herramientas de LexBase es intuitivo, con un buscador global, que apoya la localización de documentos de forma ágil y eficiente.  Asimismo, se encuentran distintos ítems de consulta, como las revistas jurídicas universitarias, diccionarios y, en particular, el recurso Lex Interamericana, que brinda acceso a la jurisprudencia de países latinoamericanos.

LexBase cuenta con documentos exclusivos, como los tomos de la Gaceta Constitucional, las Gacetas del Congreso desde 1990, aproximadamente 1500 laudos arbitrales, leyes de 1828 a la actualidad, las Gacetas de Cundinamarca y la normatividad andina (planes de desarrollo, estatutos, acuerdos municipales de Bogotá, Antioquia y Bucaramanga, entre otros).

Si el usuario requiere consultas más especializadas, este recurso contiene instrumentos de búsqueda más específicas, como códigos de artículos o sentencias emitidas por las altas cortes. Cada documento contiene hipervínculos, que facilitan la secuencia investigativa.

LexBase – a digital resource to consult legal information

This legal online tool offers access to regulations, national jurisprudence, codes, and statutes as well as to other documents containing legal information such as university magazines, and constitutional and Congress journals.

LEXBase is a legal platform for consultation and investigation consisting of journals, jurisprudence, laws, codes, statutes and legal concepts.  Its homepage contains the most recent and popular consultation bulletins among different entities, including the Constitutional Court.

The tools menu is intuitive, containing a global search engine that facilitates the fast and efficient access to documents.  Likewise, you can find different consultation items such as universities’ legal magazines, dictionaries and, most notably, the Lex Latinamericana resource which directs the user to jurisprudence from Latin American countries.

LexBase holds documents of an exclusive nature, such as the collection of volumes of the Constitutional journal dating back to 1990, approximately 1,500 arbitral rulings, laws established from 1828 to the present, the journals of Cundinamarca, and the Andean regulations (development plans, statutes, and municipal agreements from Bogota, Antioquia and Bucaramanga, among others).

For a more specialised search, this platform has search filters, such as article codes or rulings issued by other courts.  Each document includes hyperlinks which ease the investigative sequence.
