Lawyer from Javeriana University (2003), Magister in Comparative Legal Studies (LLM) from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, in Germany, con with emphasis in constitutional law (2006, summa cum laude, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Matthias Herdegen). Doctoral candidate in Law from the Rheinische Friedrich- Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, in Germany in the area of public law and philosophy of law. Finishing his major in Philosophy in Javeriana University. Scholar of the Hanns Seidel Foundation and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation. He has worked in the Research Center in Philosophy and Law of Externado University since 2013. Professor of the Philosophy of Law and Legal Argumentation classes.
