Externado Library introduces its new digital resources

The presentation was offered by delegates from the Gale and Wiley platforms, who explained the benefits now available to Externadistas.

With the goal of improving students, teachers, and researchers’ accessibility to academic resources, our House of Studies’ Library introduced the three new digital research resources added to its offering.

The new resources are Gale Virtual Reference Library, Gale Primary Sources, and Wiley; each focuses on different branches, from where documents, research, and books, among other others, can be downloaded.

Jorge Toledo and Carolina Parra, Gale representatives, stated the Gale Virtual Reference Library offers access to a collection of e-books by Gale Publishing, relating to Education, Law, Business, and Social Sciences, among others. All with the option to download, share, and print.

Furthermore, Gale Primary Sources offers access to primary sources in the field of Law, contained in the Yale, Columbia, and George Washington University collections

Wiley representative, Ricardo Villagra, highlighted the large number of e-books, academic journals, and other documents by John Wiley & Sons Publishing, which can also be downloaded and used for academic purposes.

These new platforms are now available on the Library’s web page
