Would you like to learn the art of chairing or participating in a meeting and managing a negotiation? How about improving your presentation skills or leading and attending an interview? Or, even, handling difficult conversations, expanding your vocabulary, and improving your ability to write in English for work-related situations? This course is designed to do just that! You will discover terminology and develop skills that you can use in negotiations, telephone conversations, when giving advice and in other professional contexts.

This program is intended for anyone who is highly motivated in sharpening their communication skills and interacting in professional contexts in this increasingly competitive and globalised world. The communicative approach to this course means there will be simulations, hands-on practice and discussions on a variety of topics as well as a team-based environment to promote positive working relationships.
