Andean Community: digital transformation challenges
The Telecommunications Law Department, with the support of Claro and DIRECTV, in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Cartagena Agreement by which the Andean Community was created, will analyze the importance of this entity in national legislations, since its creation, as well as the challenges of the digital transformation ‘roadmap’ to be designed by the Andean Community Secretariat.
