El Departamento de Derecho Financiero y Bursátil del Externado y el Observatorio de Derecho Financiero y del Mercado de Valores invita al público en general a participar en el Centro de Estudios en Derecho Financiero (CEDEF) virtual.

La finalidad del CEDEF es analizar el impacto de la citada ley en relación con los deudores morosos y el tiempo de reporte negativo en centrales de riesgos, al igual que las implicaciones sobre el acceso al crĂ©dito y las repercusiones, tanto positivas como negativas, frente a las instituciones financieras
