Jorge Enrique Sánchez Medina

Lecturer on Competition Law

External lawyer, specialist in Economic Law, Master of Laws from Northwestern University of Chicago and CBA from Instituto de Empresa in Madrid. He currently serves as an Assistant Magistrate of the Third Section of the Council of State and in the past he worked as an independent consultant, as well as Delegated Superintendent for the Protection of Competition and as Delegated Superintendent for Consumer Protection in the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. He also acted as an attorney for the President of the Republic in constitutional action processes and as a substantive lawyer in the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court of Justice.
