Studies:

Professional in Government and International Relations at Universidad Externado de Colombia with a Master’s degree in Analysis of Political, Economic and Contemporary International Problems at Universidad Externado de Colombia and the Institut des Hautes Etudes pour le Développement (Paris). He currently works as a consultant for the Trade and Investment Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).

Professional experience:

He has more than eight years of experience in the sectors of international trade, e-commerce, investment, cultural and creative industries and information and communication technologies. He has also worked as an international negotiator, representing the country’s interests, in the construction of the Pacific Alliance Digital Agenda and coordinating the negotiations of the services chapters, especially in the Pacific Alliance with the Associated States Candidates (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Canada) and in the Agreement on Trade in Services (TiSA), as well as in the World Trade Organization (WTO).

He is currently a consultant to the Trade and Investment Division of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and teaches in the Inspection, Surveillance and Control Specialization at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
