Gurú de la comunicación de los hoteles con sus clientes, en videoconferencia organizada por la Facultad de Administración de Empresas Turísticas y Hoteleras.

La Facultad de Administración de Empresas Turísticas y Hoteleras invita al ciclo de conferencias Roundtables Hospitality Experts, que abordará temas de actualidad relacionados con el desarrollo, la gestión y las tendencias de la hotelería nacional e internacional.

La primera intervención del ciclo previsto, estará a cargo del joven y exitoso emprendedor francés Benjamin Devisme quien en una videoconferencia hablará acerca de los nuevos paradigmas de la comunicación y relación con los huéspedes en el sector hotelero.

Benjamin es Máster en Finanzas y habla cuatro idiomas, entre ellos el español. Ingresó en la industria hotelera accidentalmente, gracias a la creación de una startup llamada PriceMatch (comprada por el grupo Priceline en 2015, compañía estadounidense que a través de su sitio web ayuda a los usuarios a obtener tarifas de descuento en aerolíneas y hoteles de todo el mundo). Actualmente es co-founder de Fairquid y VP Sales en Colossal Factory cuya misión es cambiar el modo de comunicación de los hoteles con sus clientes. Su tecnología está basada en QuickTest que permite al hotel gestionar todos sus sistemas de comunicación en una plataforma fácil e interactiva, apoyada en la Web Social 2.0 (Facebook Messenger, Wechat, Line, Twitter, etc.) y otros medios como SMS y Live Chat.

La visión que tiene Benjamin del sector del alojamiento lo ha llevado a afirmar que «los hoteles se comunican con sus huéspedes de manera anticuada», y se propone cambiar esta realidad.

Todos los estudiantes, docentes, investigadores y público en general, están cordialmente invitados a participar en la videoconferencia.

The Guru of hotel-client communication, in a videoconference organized by the Tourism and Hotel Business Administration Faculty

The Tourism and Hotel Business Administration Faculty invites to the conference series, Hospitality Experts Roundtables, to address current topics regarding the development, management, and the national e international trends of the hospitality industry.

The first conference of the cycle will be offered by the young and successful French entrepreneur Benjamin Devisme who, in a videoconference, will speak about the new paradigms of the hotel sector communication and guest relations.

Benjamin has a Master´s in Finance and speaks four languages, among them, Spanish. He entered in the hospitality industry, thanks to the creation of a startup company, PriceMatch (purchased by Priceline Group in 2015, a U.S. company that, through its website, helps users obtain discounted airlines and hotels rates, throughout the world). Currently, he is co-founder of Fairquid, and Sales VP of Colossal Factory, whose mission is to change hotels’ communication with clients.  The technology is based on QuickTest, allowing hotels to handle all their communication systems through an easy and interactive platform, supported by Social Web 2.0 (Facebook Messenger, WeChat, Line, Twitter, etc.) and other media such as SMS and Live Chat.

The vision Benjamin has of the hospitality industry has led him to say «the manner in which hotels communicate with their guests is way outdated,» and he aims to change this reality.

All students, professors, researchers, and the general public, are cordially invited to participate in the videoconference.
