Curso Intensivo sobre Contratos y Mercado de Derivados Financieros

El Departamento de Derecho Comercial y el Grupo de Investigación de Derecho Comercial Colombiano y Comparado, invitan a inscribirse en el curso que se realizará el próximo 1° de octubre.

Este curso tiene como propósito discutir el estado de la regulación y supervisión del mercado de derivados OTC o al mostrador, en los principales mercados internacionales, especialmente en Unión Europea, Reino Unido y Estados Unidos.

Durante este encuentro también se buscará promover el análisis crítico, desde la perspectiva de la regulación basada en el riesgo, de los vacíos que afectan la implementación de las reformas regulatorias posteriores a la Crisis Financiera Global 2007 -2008 y presentar el libro “Regulation and Supervision of the OTC Derivatives Market” publicado por Routledge, elegido por BookAuthority como el tercer mejor libro de Derecho Bancario de 2018 y el décimo tercero dentro de los 41 mejores libros de Derecho Bancario de todos los tiempos.

Intensive course on Contracts and Financial Derivatives Market

The Commercial Law Department and the Colombian Commercial and Comparative Law Research Group invite to register for the course to be held October 1, 2018.

This course aims to discuss the status of the regulation and supervision of the OTC derivatives market in the main international markets, particularly, the European Union, United Kingdom, and the United States.

The meeting also seeks to promote critical analysis, from the perspective of the regulation based on risk, of the gaps affecting the implementation of reforms following the 2007-2008 Global Financial Crisis. Also, the book «Regulation and Supervision of the OTC Derivatives Market,” published by Routledge, chosen by BookAuthority as the 2018 third best book on Banking Law and the thirteenth among the 41 best Banking Law books of all time, will be presented.
