“El amparo estructural de los derechos”

El Departamento de Derecho Constitucional invita a la presentación del libro “El amparo estructural de los derechos”, escrito por el profesor Andrés Mauricio Gutiérrez Beltrán.

El evento será presidido por los doctores Humberto Antonio Sierra Porto, expresidente de la Corte Constitucional y juez de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y Óscar Darío Amaya Navas, magistrado de la Sala de Consulta y Servicio Civil del Consejo de Estado.

El libro, publicado por el Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales de España, es el resultado de la tesis doctoral realizada por Gutiérrez en la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Dicha investigación obtuvo la distinción summa cum laude y recibió el premio Nicolás Pérez Serrano a la mejor tesis doctoral en Derecho Constitucional.

The Constitutional Law Department invites to the launching of the book “El amparo estructural de los derechos” (Structural protection of rights), written by Professor Andrés Mauricio Gutiérrez Beltrán.

The event will be presided by Drs. Humberto Antonio Sierra Porto, former President of the Constitutional Court and Judge of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, and Óscar Darío Amaya Navas, judge of the Consultation and Civil Service Chamber of the Council of State.

The book, published by the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies of Spain, is the result of the doctoral thesis developed by Gutiérrez at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. His research was awarded a summa cum laude distinction and, also, obtained the Nicolás Pérez Serrano Award for the best doctoral thesis in Constitutional Law.
