Psicología y Derecho, margen legal y regulatorio

El próximo 6 de abril se adelantará el debate en torno a los fundamentos y criterios de la Psicología y el Derecho, en relación con el Análisis Económico del Derecho y las políticas públicas.

Con la participación de expertos nacionales e internacionales, el Departamento de Derecho Económico de la Universidad Externado invita a la comunidad académica a “Psicología y Derecho”, evento que se realizará entre el 5 y 7 de abril, en el marco de la Maestría en Derecho Económico con énfasis en Regulación Económica y Análisis Económico del Derecho.

El objetivo es analizar los fundamentos y criterios del Behavioral economics (Economía del comportamiento) o ‘comportamentalismo’ y, desde esta óptica, revisar su incidencia y utilidad en la toma de decisiones a nivel conductual, legal, regulatorio y de política pública.

El encuentro se dividirá en tres paneles: el primero, sobre la relación de Economía, Psicología y Derecho; el segundo, acerca de la sintomatología de la corrupción desde el Análisis Económico del Derecho y, finalmente, respecto a las políticas públicas y el ‘comportamentalismo’.

Entre los invitados principales se destacan Rocío Albert, catedrática de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid; Mauricio Pérez, decano de Economía del Externado y Renzo Saavedra Velazco, de la Universidad del Pacífico del Perú, Rogelio Biazzi – Catedrático de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, entre otros.

A debate on the foundations and criteria of Psychology and Law, relating to the Economic Analysis of Law and Public Policy, will be held April 6, 2017.

The Externado Economics Law Department invites the academic community to «Psychology and Law,» held April 5-7, 2017.  The event, held within the framework of the Masters in Economics Law with Emphasis on Economic Regulation and Economic Analysis of the Law Program, features participation by national and international experts.

The objective is to analyze the principles and criteria of Behavioral Economics or “behaviorism” and, from this perspective, review its impact and usefulness in decision-making at behavioral, legal, regulatory, and public policy levels.

The meeting will be divided into three panels. The first will address the relationship of Economics, Psychology, and Law; the second, the symptoms of corruption from the Economic Analysis of the Law, and the third addresses public policies and “behaviorism.”

Special guests include Rocío Albert, Professor at the Complutense University of Madrid; Mauricio Pérez, Externado Dean of Economics, and Renzo Saavedra Velazco, from the Universidad del Pacífico del Perú, among others.
