Mining Law Refresher Course

With the aim to examine the recent case law changes and the new regulation issued by authorities such as the Ministry of Mines and the Mining National Agency, the University holds the first Mining Law Refresher Course. 

The program is directed to officials, entrepreneurs, mining attorneys, the academic community, unions and non-governmental organizations, and other interested parties. The course will cover the new requirements in mining contracting processes, the obligations resulting from the implementation of the social management plan, and the participation of territory authorities.

Also, to open the debate on the legal aspect of these updates, the mining formalization processes, and illegal mining control will be analyzed.
