Inscripciones abiertas para el curso virtual: Asociaciones Público – Privadas (Apps) en el sector energético

La Universidad Externado de Colombia y su Departamento de Derecho Minero – Energético invitan a participar en este programa académico, cuyas clases iniciarán el próximo 23 de marzo.

El curso tiene como propósito capacitar a estudiantes, profesionales y académicos, en la correcta gestión, regulación y estudio de la figura de las Asociaciones Público – Privadas (APP) o Public Private Partnership (PPP) vinculadas con el sector energético, teniendo en cuenta la regulación y experiencia nacional e internacional.

Las Asociaciones Público – Privadas son una figura sofisticada y de alta complejidad jurídica, regulatoria y administrativa, que merecen un análisis detallado al ser llevadas a un determinado sector, por lo que en este curso se abordarán materias indispensables como: la estructuración legal, su financiación, la administración, y el manejo de riesgos.

El curso, organizado por el Departamento de Derecho Minero-Energético del Externado, se realizará del 23 al 26 de marzo del 2022.

Certificado: Se otorgará certificado de asistencia a quienes cumplan con el 80% de la carga horaria.

Registration open for virtual course: Public-Private partnerships (Apps) in the Energy Sector

The Externado University and its Department of Mining - Energy Law are inviting participants for this academic program. Classes will begin on March 23rd.

The purpose of this course is to train students, professionals and academics in the proper management, regulation and study of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP, or 3P) associated with the energy sector, taking into account regulation and the national and international experience.

Public-Private Partnerships are highly complex legal figures in terms of their regulation and administration. The need to be analyzed in detail and for each sector. The course will look at important subjects, such as: the legal structure, financing, administration and risk management.

The course is organized by the Department of Mining and Energy Law at the Externado University, and will take place from 23rd-26th March, 2022

Certificate: Certificates are awarded to participants who attend 80% of the course.
