National and International Consumer and Competition Law Arbitration Conference

A group of national and international experts, professionals, as well as academics, will participate.
The event themes deserve stimulating discussions ranging from simple arbitrability in these areas of the Law, passing through even more thorny issues on third-party intervention, up to the more substantial matters, including a sketch of these areas in international arbitration.
To address the above issues, and many more, the event features a select group of prominent national and international speakers, dedicated to these areas of the Law, in their roles as practitioners and academics.
The topics to be addressed are:
· Current arbitration status and challenges of Competition and Consumer Law.
· Are the restrictive competition clauses arbitrable?
· Third parties affected by restrictive competition practices.
· Is unfair competition arbitrable?
· Procedural figures inherent to unfair competition.
· Evolution of consumer arbitration.
· Linking third-party consumers who are not part of the arbitration pact.
· The right to free competition and consumption in international arbitration.
