IV Seminario sobre Constitucionalismo Transicional: “El sistema integral de verdad, justicia, reparación y no repetición”

Durante el seminario se planteará la pregunta: ¿es el sistema de verdad, justicia, reparación y no repetición, que se pretende desarrollar en Colombia, el camino transicional adecuado para contribuir al fin del conflicto armado?

El cuarto seminario de Constitucionalismo Transicional tratará el tema: “El sistema de verdad, justicia, reparación y no repetición”, con la participación de los expertos en Justicia Transicional: Michael Reed Hurtado, Federico Andreu- Guzmán y por la Universidad Externado de Colombia, Marie Harté.

Este encuentro es organizado por el Observatorio para la Implementación de los Acuerdos de Paz y la Maestría en Justicia Transicional del Departamento de Derecho Constitucional.

El evento está abierto para estudiantes de pregrado y no tiene ningún costo.

IV Transitional Constitutionalism Seminar: «The comprehensive system of truth, justice, reparation, and non-recurrence”

The seminar poses the question: Is the system of truth, justice, reparation, and non-recurrence, which Colombia intends to develop to contribute to the end of the armed conflict, the appropriate transitional path?

The Fourth Transitional Constitutionalism Seminar will address «The system of truth, justice, reparation, and non-recurrence,» featuring participation by transitional justice experts Michael Reed Hurtado, Federico Andreu-Guzmán, and Marie Harté, representing the Externado de Colombia University.

This meeting is organized by the Observatory for Implementation of the Peace Agreements and the Constitutional Law Department Masters in Transitional Justice Program.

The event is open to undergraduate students and is free of charge.
