Con ópera, la Universidad Externado conmemora el sexto año de fallecimiento del maestro Fernando Hinestrosa

La Rectoría y el Club Amigos de la Ópera, Fernando Hinestrosa, invitan a la comunidad externadista a la proyección de la ópera Anna Bolena de Gaetano Donizetti.

En homenaje a la memoria del maestro Fernando Hinestrosa, en el sexto año de su fallecimiento, la Universidad Externado invita a la comunidad externadista y a quienes deseen recordarlo, a la proyección de esta ópera.

Como se sabe, el fallecido rector tenía una predilección especial por este género artístico; fue un gran conocedor y quiso que sus alumnos se aproximaran a él y le tomaran gusto.

Anna Bolena es una tragedia lírica dividida en dos actos. El libreto, escrito por Felice Romani, narra los hechos acaecidos en la corte de Enrique VIII de Inglaterra. Se estrenó en el Teatro Carcano de Milán en 1830 y en España en el Teatro de la Cruz de Madrid en 1832.

El evento estará a cargo de Javier Hernández, especialista en ópera. La proyección contará con subtítulos en español.

With an opera, the Externado University commemorates the sixth anniversary of the passing of Maestro Fernando Hinestrosa

The Rectory and the Fernando Hinestrosa Friends of the Opera Club invite the Externadista community to a broadcast of the opera Anna Bolena, by Gaetano Donizetti.

In tribute to the memory of Maestro Fernando Hinestrosa, on the sixth anniversary of his death, the Externado University invites the Externadista community and those wishing to remember him, to the screening of this opera.

As is well known, the late rector had a special predilection for this artistic genre; he was a great connoisseur and wanted his students to approach and develop a taste for the opera.

Anna Bolena is a lyric tragedy in two acts. The libretto, written by Felice Romani, recounts the events in the Court of Henry VIII of England. It premiered at the Teatro Carcano in Milan in 1830, and at the Teatro de la Cruz de Madrid, Spain, in 1832.

Javier Hernández, an opera expert, will host the event. The screening will have subtitles in Spanish.
