National Planning Department (DNP), Bogotá, February to October 1996; Contract for the provision of professional services No. 038/2006 with the Technical Administrative Department of the Environment – DAMA (now the District Secretariat for the Environment) as a specialist in the monitoring and control of economic and financial aspects in the framework of the Bogotá River Decontamination Project. Bogotá, 1 February 2006 to 31 January 2007.
