Studies:

Lawyer from Universidad de los Andes (1999); postgraduate degree in Contract Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia (2001); Master in Economic Law from Universidad de Chile (2004) and Doctorate in Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia (2019).

Professional experience :

He has been an advisor to government entities on issues of domiciliary public services and state contracting. Member of the Latin American and Caribbean Association of Law and Economics (ALACDE). Linked as a researcher at the Universidad Externado de Colombia since 2010. He is currently an undergraduate professor in Economic Analysis of Law in the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Finance, Government and International Relations, as well as a professor in the Masters Programs of Economic Law, Law of Responsibility, International Economic Law and Financial Law.

He currently teaches the Specialization in Inspection, Surveillance and Control, as well as the Specialization in Financial and Stock Exchange Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia.
