Lawyer, specialist in Civil Procedural Law and candidate for a Master’s degree in Contractual and Non-Contractual Civil and State Liability at the Universidad Externado de Colombia. He has served as Vice-Minister of Justice and Law, Vice-Minister of Promotion of Justice, Vice-Minister of Criminal Policy and Restorative Justice (in charge), Minister of Justice and Law (in charge) and Director of the National Agency of Legal Defense of the State (in charge), Superintendent of Industry and Commerce and is currently a consulting lawyer for his own firm.
